Unlike the surrounding buildings that run parallel to the roads perpendicular to the coastline and river, the management building of Julpoh Market is designed diagonally along the site boundary. The rectangular market building, the rectangular management building facing it almost head-on, and the expansion behind them all create a separate order in the three-dimensional roof while responding to both the angle created by the management building and the road. The exterior of the building has a sculpted shape, with all details removed, and the materials used are the same both inside and outside without any boundaries. The newly installed ceiling and floor inside the management building are finished in the same color to emphasize the existing parts of the building. The expansion part is distinctly different from the existing building, with a twisted shape, bright colors, and a glossy finish, which respects the existing urban context while embodying the energy of change as a symbol of the urban regeneration hub facility.
