The traditional cultural platform, serving as the entrance and guide to Seokgyo-dong Stone Bridge Village, must function as a gathering space for local residents, a rest area for travelers, and a station for visitors. To achieve this, it is strategically positioned with high visibility towards the road, ensuring it does not compromise the surrounding low-rise buildings' aesthetics and allowing for an open view. Additionally, the design incorporates a form that directs towards the interior of the village, with the iconic sacred tree and the central space, Bongsoru, situated in the direction the building faces. This arrangement aims to provide a familiar gathering space for local residents and serve as a guidepost for travelers, creating a platform that promotes and introduces traditional culture.
